A Burst of Sunshine

What’s a summer wedding without a brightly shining sun? Combine pineapple gelatin with champagne and watch your guests enjoy their own little rays of sunshine as the night wears on. Or mix ginger ale with spiced rum, light lager beer and Angostura bitters for a delightful cocktail that comes in hues of sparkling yellow.

Pretty in Pink

A simple concoction made with Averell Damson Gin Liqueur, lime juice and syrup topped with sparkling wine yields a cocktail that is as pink as a blushing bride’s cheeks. A brandied cherry tossed in right before serving completes the drink.

For a cocktail with a slightly darker hue, have your bartender combine Leopold’s Gin with muddled raspberries, lemon juice, syrup, orange bitters and rose flower water. It’s a drink you can nurse as you slow dance the night away.
